Face Edge Corners
Face edge corners are machined to a 2mm radius for linings and 3mm radius on the shoulder for casings.
Door Sizes
Can be manufactured in both imperial and metric door sizes.
Door stops
Available to seperate order, ex-stock in 12 x 25mm x 2.13m and 12 x 32 x 2.13m. Alternative sizes are available to order.

W.Howard is CERTIFIRE approved to manufacture MDF door lining and casing sets for use with specified fire doors.
Fire rating
Our Primed FD30 casings and linings are 1/2 hour fire rated and comply with the requirements of BS476: part 22.
Grooves are 4mm deep x 15mm wide.
Hanging tolerance
Sets are machined to provide a hanging tolerance, over and above door size, of 3mm either side, 3mm to the head and 18mm beneath the door. Hanging tolerance can also be specified to accommodate your individual requirements.
