What do you do at W.Howard? I am working on the scale up of our new production process for recycled MDF fibre insulation.

What do you most enjoy about working at W.Howard? I love the varied nature of my role supporting the product R & D and commercial scale up. It is giving me some excellent business experience to support my University studies.
What is your Favourite Product and why? The oak wall slat sets as they are a beautiful, modern feature that can be used in many different ways.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? The key to success is to focus on goals, not obstacles.
What most recently made you smile? A successful trial for our R & D project at Newtown!
