W.Howard continues to support the local community with this years Christmas card competition for children at a local primary school.

Every child at St. Stephen’s Church of England Primary School in Astley, was given a W.Howard tree template and asked to design a Christmas tree to be used on a Christmas card that W.Howard could use to send out to customers, suppliers and industry colleagues.

Over 200 designs were submitted by pupils, with a winner then chosen from each year who saw their design turned into a real Christmas card.

Phil Tissington, Managing Director of W.Howard UK, visited the school to present everyone who had taken part with a Christmas selection box, while the winner from each year also received a number of their printed cards and their very own art set so they could continue developing their art skills.

Phil said: “We continually strive to support the local community and we are delighted to be able to run our Christmas card competition again this year, it always help our team and the pupils at the school get into the Christmas spirit.”

“We would like to thank every pupil, and all of the staff at St Stephen’s Church of England Primary School, for all the effort and hard work they put into their designs. The team at W.Howard were astounded at the creativity shown, which made picking the winners exceptionally difficult!”
